2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made in advance, and full or partial payment may be required before service initiation.

• Prices are subject to service scope, distance, and additional requirements.

• Any additional charges (e.g., extra labor, delays, storage) will be communicated to the customer.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• The customer must provide accurate details for the move, including addresses, inventory, and special handling requirements.

• Prohibited items include hazardous materials, illegal goods, perishable items, and valuable belongings such as jewelry and cash.

• The customer must ensure that all items are properly packed and ready for transport.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made as per agreement in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Liability & Claims

• MIL Packer and Movers takes reasonable care in handling goods but is not liable for damages due to unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, or inadequate packing by the customer.

• Any claims for damages must be reported within the date given by the owner at the time of delivery.

6. Insurance
Customers are encouraged to obtain insurance coverage for their goods. MIL Packer and Movers may offer insurance options upon request.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ranchi. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Ranchi.
